Who we are

Guardia Designs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and mobile app for the Raquel Guardia — The Architecture of Investment practice: luxury real estate advisory, private lending, and interior design in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the mobile app that presents it.

Information you give us

• Consultation and contact requests: your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, neighborhood of interest, budget range, and any message you write.
• Investor and buyer qualification forms: your name, email, phone, whether you are buying, selling, or investing, your timeline, budget range, motivation, financing status, property type of interest, and any notes you add.
• Market briefing subscriptions: your email address, an optional first name, the corridors you want covered, and whether you identify as a buyer, an investor, or both.
• Investor portal accounts: the email address on your account, and the briefings, market snapshots, and project records held for you, which may include a property address and project financial details you have shared with us.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email, by phone, or through the site.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site we collect standard technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions such as which links you open. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in to the investor portal and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the investor portal may not work.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange consultations.
• To send the market briefings and snapshots you have asked for.
• To operate your investor portal account and manage your project records.
• To qualify and follow up on inquiries.
• To keep the records required of a licensed Arizona real estate professional, a private lender, and a taxpayer.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the site.
• To improve the site and understand which content is useful.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting and file storage, email delivery, and analytics — and where we are required to by law, regulation, or valid legal process, including records we must retain under Arizona real estate and lending rules. Service providers may use your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for the retention periods required of a licensed Arizona real estate professional and private lender. Inquiries that do not become client relationships are kept only as long as needed for follow-up and record keeping, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop sending you market emails. Email insights@raquelazrealtor.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you also have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Account and data deletion

If you have an investor portal account and want it deleted, email insights@raquelazrealtor.com from the email address on the account, with the subject line “Delete my account.”

We will delete your account and the personal information associated with it, except records we are required to retain under Arizona real estate and lending regulations and tax law. We will tell you what we have kept and why. Deleting your account also removes your saved briefings and project records from the portal.

Market briefing subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any briefing email, or by asking us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Real estate and lending notices

Raquel Guardia is an Arizona licensed real estate professional. Private lending is funded from the advisor’s own private lending resources and is not brokered under her ADRE license. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell real property or a commitment to lend. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Equal Housing Opportunity.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date shown above.
